She founded NR Media Agency in 2014, where she helped startups, creatives, and corporate teams clarify their messaging, streamline systems, and build brands with purpose. But after years of scaling businesses and strategies, Natalie realized that success without alignment—and systems without soul—was unsustainable.

That realization marked a turning point.

Her work evolved from productivity and performance into something deeper: helping women become who God is calling them to be—without burnout, pressure, or pretending. Today, Natalie focuses on faith-led growth, emotional intelligence, and using technology as a supportive tool rather than a source of overwhelm.
